Sorely disappointed in product manufacture!

I ordered the Thetford Aqua Magic Style II china model as an upgrade replacement to the original Thetford Aqua magic plastic unit in our old Bounder.
The first one received leaked upon flushing and Thetford would not replace the unit but only agreed to send me the parts to fix the brand new toilet!
I notified the seller, Dyer's and they sent me a replacement and once I installed it.., it too leaked!
Dyer's then sent me a third which after installing it... thankfullly it has not leaked yet
Great service from Dyer's.., not good response or service from Thtford and my confidence in their products is at best shaken.
Dyer's has earned my trust and future business... Thetford has not!
