Suburban 60K BTU Tankless LP Water Heater
The Suburban tankless on-demand water heater was developed with Industry Best:
- BTU Output, 60,000
- Freeze Protection
- 3 Try Direct Spark Ignition
- Installs with or without a door
The 5132A / IW60 features Suburbans exclusive 2-stage Modulation Combustion System (MCS). The MCS monitors:
- Inlet water temperature
- Gallons per minute of inlet water flow
- Gallons per minute of outlet water flow required
- Output of water temperature
The MCS automatically adjusts LP gas input to virtually eliminate output water flow reductions and temperature fluctuations.
INSTALLATION NOTES: If this is being used as a new install (going where a water heater is NOT currently installed), then an access door is not required, but you will still need a wall vent. If this is going to be taking the place of a unit that you are removing, the correct corresponding retrofit access door kit AND wall vent are both required.

Replaced the conventional hot water heater in our Winnebago. Did it myself so it took a few hours. Utilized outside door from old heater since it matched the paint scheme on motorhome. After figuring out the wiring to use from old heater installation went pretty well. Unit works FANTASTIC! No worries about running out of hot water when grandkids go "camping" with us now.

Great project, very well built and perfect fit from the stock 6 gallon Suburban we had. Around an hour for install with upgrade stat and drain hoses. All in all highly recommend. Works flawlessly, even at campground with less than 20 PSI.

Have used one of these for 2 years now and it is perfect for my family of 7. Not recommended for dry camping though, not water efficient. Works great in a full hookup situation though. We turn the temperature down to a tolerable temperature coming out of water heater so very little cold water needs to be added. If you don't have enough water passing through the water heater it will not turn on. Dyers pricing was great and they were great to work with!

Ordered a Nautilus on demand water heater and it was delivered to our door, promptly. Problem is, the picture on the web site, shows a vent cap and the product delivered did not have one. A call to Dyers, informed us that it would cost an addition $33 for the vent cap and more for delivery charge! Displaying the product with parts that are not included, is deceptive practice. The order girl should have a note, stating the vent has to be ordered separately. This blunder has us paying for additional shipping charges. N/G
