We lost our key and did not have the original to describe except the tabs on the lock. The customer service rep. went out of her way to look at the stock keys to make sure we got the right key. Great job and excellent service, they shipped it very fast also and it was exactly what we needed.

Only had one SouthCo key for my motor home to get into two exterior compartment doors. Needed another key and after several visits to locksmiths, r v stores, and a lot of internet searching, I found Dyers and was told for the first time to look inside the barrel of the key and I would see a model number. It was amazing that the "professional locksmiths" that did not know this. Dyers had the keys in stock, sent me a couple of them and they worked. Great experience.
