I'll be honest, I went to another camping store because they were close to where I live. They didn't have the cabinet latch I needed, but told me on three occasions they would check on ordering it and call me back. After no word from them, I finally called the manufacturer and they told me to call dyersonline. What a stroke of luck! They had the part in stock and I ordered it on the spot and they told me delivery would be 2 to 5 days. That was 12:30 Wednsday. At 12:50 Thursday, barely 24 hours after ordering, UPS rolls in with the parts. I was extremely happy, to say the least, as I had plenty of time to install the parts before we went camping that weekend. And, to top it off, the parts, even with shipping, were cheaper than the store that claims to have a World of Camping supplies. So now I have a new go-to camping supply store.
