Good Pressure, a bit loud

Used this as a replacement for our ShurFlow pump that gave out. This pump gives great pressure, but is a bit loud. I'd recommend this pump, does a great job overall.

We full time in our motor home.
We bought this pump to replace a Shurflo Extreme Smart Sensor 5.7 that quit (second one in four years.)
We used our OEM pump while waiting for this replacement. Using the OEM reminded us why we buy better water pumps, low pressure, low flow, constant on/off surging.
The AquaJet 5.3 was easy to install. It produces a good, constant flow with good pressure. It makes our shower as good or better than many hotel or campground showers.
We hope it lasts longer than the ShurFlo pumps.

Much better than OEM pump

I recently purchased and installed this pump to replace the OEM Flojet on my 2014 Jayco Seneca. Now on-the-tank showers and toilet flushing (electric flush Thetford Aria) are much improved. While the new pump is slightly noisier at full output than the stock pump, it is no louder at lower flows. I can live with that! Seems to be a high quality unit.
I did have to wire a relay to prevent voltage drop, since the new pump draws several more amps at full output. My particular installation was very easy due to the power center being located right above the utility area of my unit. I had an open circuit in my power center and my completed installation looks original. I used the original pump's wiring to trigger the relay, everything works great. Any of the 3 pump switches of my unit can turn it on just like before.
Dyers shipped the unit very quickly and their price was the best I found online. I have made several purchases from them with no problems whatsoever.
