Only one that wasn't covered in the instructions that I figured out quickly is removing a bolt on top of the frame for a heat shield.

I had the hitch and rails from a previous truck and only needed the brackets that bolt to the frame. Couldn't find them anywhere until I found Dyer's RV. This was exactly what I needed, perfect fit and as a bonus, free shipping and I got it overnight. I will certainly recommend Dyer's RV to anyone.

Usually installation instructions that say "easy to install" are anything but. This product however is truly that easy. The frame brackets come with a parts kit of nuts and bolts and a bolt leader to make installation through existing frame holes that easy. What slows the installation is the measuring and drilling of the truck bed for the mounting posts (follow these instructions to the letter), but the frame brackets fit perfectly. Dyers is the only company I found that sells the Frame Bracket Kit only without having to purchase the base rails. The only draw back was the price, but in this case you do get what you pay for, the brackets are quality with the holes in exactly the right place, no drilling or reaming to fit.

Going to a Pull Rite / Superslide is the best. I bought mine used but needed the truck specific brackets. Fit like a glove. Take your time and measure twice. Be sure to check for bed floor hole center with a small bit as indicated and you will be happy with your purchase. Dyers had the brackets to me in 48 hours and even before I could get the tracking numbers! Good luck all

The brackeks are made for the truck and fit my 2013 2500 HD short bed exactly on existing holes in the frame. It can save enough time/labor to justify the purchace as compared to universal kits. Check the bracket's bend angles before mounting for weld distortion. Be patient when measuring and drilling pilot holes in the bed. Measure twice, or three times-then use a small bit to find the centers. Read and follow the provided instructions.
