Description / Phoenix Products Exterior Spray-Port Faucet with quick connect - 4"
This faucet is a slightly larger version of the Hot/Cold faucet and is 4” OC with a 1-1/2” shank. (This faucet will not fit into the Hot/Cold Spray-port unit hatch box.) Used primarily on RV’s manufactured by Keystone RV Company and in other “water center” applications.
These faucets are easily damaged by freezing if not properly drained per instructions. In this case the entire faucet should be replaced
**Note: This is a stand-alone faucet and will not fit the Hot/Cold hatch box (Old D&W Model SA-HC-BTW or Valterra PF247201).

Five minute to install. the hose connection is very tight and it took some getting worn before it worked easily on and off. Better tight than loose. The hose is great and adds a lot of advantage.

I replaced my leaky external shower valve with this.
Now I can attach the shower head, or an external hose.
It's a little more expensive than a replacement shower valve but more versatile.
Replacing the old shower valve took less than 5 minutes. I can attach a shower head or I can use a short hose with a quick connector to flush my black tank at dumping stations without a water connection.
It doesn't flush as well as a regular hose because of the lower pressure, but it's much better than nothing.
If you chose to do this, be sure take precautions not to contaminate your fresh water system.
I disconnect the rv flush connection first, rinse the hose before removing the quick connection, and bleach the quick connector before the next use. Better safe than sorry.
The only drawbacks I see are that it is only made of plastic so you should be careful not to break off the quick connector, and it reduces water flow a little.

Exact replacement item for a lot less than the dealer wanted - and a lot faster delivery

I had my Montana 5th wheel winterized by the dealer in Tacoma, WA and then left for a year overseas. After more than a year sitting I prepped for a camping trip only to find that they hadn't run antifreeze through the faucet that's located on the panel near the city water connection and it had frozen and was leaking. Of course, they refused to do anything about it and wanted a fortune for a new one and up to 3 weeks to get it to me, though I could pay Fifty Bucks if I wanted it in 3 to 5 days. I ordered one from Dyers and it was here in 3 days at the basic shipping rate and was an exact replacement that I had installed in 20 minutes start to finish. You can be sure where I'll go for my parts and accessories from here on out.
