Norcold is Noisy

Dyer was very pleasant to work with and it was delivered as expected. We had the Norcold installed in December 2023. It has been a great unit and we are pleased with it. We are full-time in our 2000 Tiffin Alegro Bus. I like the 12volt DC power it has been a reliable refrigerator. We have had to defrost once when it was very heavily frosted . The unit is noisy especially in the evening when we hear what I believe is the compressor motor vibration. In addition the door open alert could be a little louder when the door is not fully closed. I am hoping someone can check out the unit soon to resolve the vibration sound level.
