I used the replacement part as a left hand bottom hinge.

The hinge worked perfectly. Very easy to install. Note,adding the hinge to the bottom frame of the refrigerator lifted the refrigerator door about 1/8 of an inch causing the refrigerator door handle and the freezer door handle to rub. This is easily fixed by removing the freezer door, and adding two small washers to the bottom freezer door hinge pin. Lifting the freezer door approximately 1/8 inch.
