The installation was well documented in the instructions. You will need a drill for pilot holes. A bit expensive, but well made and does the job it is designed for. Not a complicated install, but allow some time to finish the job. It is certainly a better solution than bungee cording things during movement.

Best invention ever to hold down your dinette chairs!

No more getting on knees to fasten dinette chairs down. A flip of the lever and you are ready to go. No more of stepping on those hard metal rings on the floor. Best purchase ever!! I bought my set at Tampa RV show and the dealer had them installed in 10 minutes!! I bought them as gifts for my friends!
