The TV40-010H is designed to mount flat panel televisions or monitors with VESA (Video Electronics Standards Association) hole patterns up to 200mm x 200mm* and weighing up to 35 lbs. The size of your cargo bay will also determine the maximum size of TV you can install. The TV40-010H mounts to a horizontal surface or ceiling, most commonly inside a basement cargo bay. It can then slide out of the compartment, flip down and swivel.

I have yet to install the bracket as the installation is going to be the tricky part making sure that it is secure enough to handle the mount and the television. However, the bracket itself is exactly as described and looks to be as sturdy as advertised and the operation as smooth and easy.
