Description /
MB Sturgis 36" RV Type1 X Inverted Flare Pigtail with Stainless Steel Overbraid
The MB Sturgis Type 1 provides a higher rate of flow resulting in a decreased potential for the system to go into bypass mode and therefore shutting down the gas supply to the system.
The MB Sturgis RV Type 1 (Dark Green) includes an internal back check to ensure the system does not allow a back flow gas leak. Provides a higher flow rate to avoid going into by-pass mode, a back check to completly stop any potential back flow leakage and has a heat sensitive thermal shut-off device to shut off the gas in extreme heat situations.

Replacement for Carrier Air V
Review byJohnP
A week after relocating to hot Texas in our motorhome, the front Carrier Air V unit starting making noise. A service call from a local company verified it was the squirrel cage blower. The part had stress cracks all over it and had become unbalanced to the point it made a horrible noise. It was just a matter of time before it would have completely disintegrated and/or ruined the fan motor. I was informed that Carrier parts were non-existent since Carrier abandoned all of its RV A/C manufacturing, and that a full replacement would be necessary. That just wasn't an option on many levels. After an exhaustive search for a replacement squirrel cage, I found this part from Dyers. The other comments say it all! It fits the motor shaft and housing perfectly. A $30 part or a $3000 A/C replacement. You make the call! As someone else here said, I will be ordering another one for the rear A/C unit as it's just a matter of time before it fails too. Shipping was fast! Thanks Dyers!
