MaxxAir Smoke Roof Vent Cover fit well over our RV bathroom ceiling fan.

Smoke color allows moderate light to still enter through the fan fixture. Easy to install - requires some drilling. Seems kind of flimsy, but I have these before and they never failed or blew off the roof.
