Part could not be easier to put in, as the other guy stated, it DID take me longer to get on the roof of the RV than it did to replace the part. I took the opportunity to clean the hood and fan blades. Works like it should again.

My parts were delivered in 2 days. Great service. That said, the parts are made from a pot type metal, same as OEM. The originals totally self-destruct and I expect the replacements to do the same after a while. Great service from Dyers though.

Our fan was malfunctioning. I would press the button to open the fan and it wouldn’t open up all the way and close immediately. Then all of a sudden it started working, so I haven’t replaced the part yet

Exact OEM part I needed to repair my Maxxair Fan

The quality of this replacement part is the same as the original on my Maxxair Fan. I give it 4 stars for the the following reason. The original only seems to last on average 4-5 years before breaking, leaving something to be desired. If I get about the same amount of time with this replacement, then I’ll be okay with that.
Overall the value and the price is good and I give it 5 stars.

Easy to replace. Housing is pot aluminum, so may not last as expected, will be dependent on frequency of use. Previous unit lasted four years based on several-times-a-month usage.
