The product seems solid. But it did not come complete. There are three separate components: the cap, the louvers, and the mounting hardware. I was only set the cap. After a couple of of email exchanges with Dyers I was able to get the other two parts sent without charge. Dyers said that they needed to come from the manufacturer.
