As long as you are smarter than the piece of equipment you are trying to operate, this thing is one of the best purchases I ever made. Cleans and drys clothes great. Learn what works and what doesn't (It is not a full size washer) It does exactly what is says it will do within its "Probably smaller than what we are used to" capabilities.
So far I love it and it saves on a lot of shoe leather running to laundromats.
