What Actions Should I Take If My Delivered Package Is Damaged or Broken?
If your package arrives damaged, please inspect the items immediately or as soon as possible after delivery.

If You Are Present During Delivery: If an item arrives damaged, refuse the shipment (do not accept it from the driver) and contact Dyers immediately.

If You Are Not Present During Delivery:
- Inspect the items at as soon as possible.
- Take photos of the packaging and the damaged product. A picture is worth 1000 words and is extremely helpful in resolving your issue promptly.
- Contact us using one of these methods:
- PREFERRED: Reply to your order confirmation email with pictures attached and describe the issue. This is the easiest method and automatically sends us all your order information.
- Use the contact us form and attach photos using the paper clip icon. Don't forget to include your order number and describe the issue.
You have 15 days from the delivery date to notify Dyers of any damage that occurred during transit. Contact us promptly to resolve the issue.
