Dyer's RV stocks MOST items which will ship within 1-3 business days as long as it is in stock. Our website does show what is in stock in our warehouses. For items that are in stock, the large majority of the orders ship within 1 business day but again can take up to 3 business days depending on how busy the warehouse is. Items marked special order will usually have a listed lead time on the product page.
There is no lookup available to determine compatibility, so you will need to compare the dimensions and images on the site with your existing vent cover. Yes, the 14" x 14" measurement refers to the rough opening size in your travel trailer’s roof. This is the size of the hole when the vent and garnish or trim are removed. If you measure with the garnish and trim still in place, the opening will be slightly smaller in each direction. The 14" x 14" square opening is a standard size in the RV industry, so as long as your measurement is close to 14" x 14", this fan should fit your 2019 Lance 2465 travel trailer.
To know for sure, you'll need the Dometic Refrigerator Product ID number since the model alone isn't specific enough. This ID number typically starts with 921 and can be found on the data tag, which is most likely located under the vent cover on the back of the refrigerator. I did check a few random variations of the Dometic RM2611 model, and they were all no longer available. Please verify your product ID to ensure compatibility.

You will only pay sales tax if your order is being shipped to Arizona or California. If your order is shipping to any other state, you will not be charged sales tax. Please note that tax laws may change, and we will update our website accordingly to reflect any changes.
When you place an order with Dyer's RV, we verify that you have sufficient funds and place a hold on those funds. Your credit card is charged only after your order is processed, and the funds are then transferred from your account to ours. If your order includes a Special Order item or an item that is on backorder, we will charge your card immediately. This ensures that your order is processed as soon as possible, allowing the item to ship out as soon as it becomes available.
We offer free shipping on a select number of products on our website, which are clearly marked as "Free Shipping". All other items fall under our Flat Rate Shipping promotion. Your entire order ships for $9.98. Please note that the Free Shipping and/or Flat Rate Shipping promotion does not apply to certain states and/or provinces. Additional charges are required for Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.
Your order will be shipped using one of the following carriers: United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), United States Postal Service (USPS), or an LTL freight company. Products shipped via LTL freight are marked as "LTL Freight" on our website. Dyer's RV reserves the right to select the carrier that ensures the fastest and safest delivery of your order. If you have specific delivery requirements or cannot receive packages from a particular carrier at your address, please contact us directly. Provide your complete shipping address and all Item Numbers (Item #’s) from your order so we can assist you with the shipping method.
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Additionally, once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. If your package arrives damaged, please inspect the items immediately or as soon as possible after delivery. If You Are Present During Delivery: If an item arrives damaged, refuse the shipment (do not accept it from the driver) and contact Dyers immediately. If You Are Not Present During Delivery:  Inspect the items at as soon as possible. Take photos of the packaging and the damaged product. A picture is worth 1000 words and is extremely helpful in resolving your issue promptly. Contact us using one of these methods:  PREFERRED: Reply to your order confirmation email with pictures attached and describe the issue. This is the easiest method and automatically sends us all your order information.  Use the contact us form and attach photos using the paper clip icon. Don't forget to include your order number and describe the issue. You have 15 days from the delivery date to notify Dyers of any damage that occurred during transit. Contact us promptly to resolve the issue...
Based on the parts breakdown of your Furrion Water Heater, we are not seeing the Heat Exchanger listed, which may indicate that it is not a replaceable part. To confirm this, we recommend reaching out to Furrion (Lippert) directly at 432-547-7378. Their support team can advise you on whether the Heat Exchanger can be replaced and provide you with the correct part number if available. Once you have the part number, send it to us, and we will be happy to check our stock and pricing for you!
