Dyer's RV stocks MOST items which will ship within 1-3 business days as long as it is in stock. Our website does show what is in stock in our warehouses. For items that are in stock, the large majority of the orders ship within 1 business day but again can take up to 3 business days depending on how busy the warehouse is. Items marked special order will usually have a listed lead time on the product page.
To check your order status, simply log in to your account. If you did not use an account when placing your order, you can still check your order status by using our Guest Order Lookup page:Guest Order Lookup Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Be sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folder to ensure you don’t miss it. For any other questions or updates, please contact us directly. We’re here to help!
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Additionally, once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. We strive to process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping and customer satisfaction, so please carefully review your shipping, billing, and payment details, as well as the items you are ordering, before completing your purchase. If your package arrives damaged, please inspect the items immediately or as soon as possible after delivery. If You Are Present During Delivery: If an item arrives damaged, refuse the shipment (do not accept it from the driver) and contact Dyers immediately. If You Are Not Present During Delivery:  Inspect the items at as soon as possible. Take photos of the packaging and the damaged product. A picture is worth 1000 words and is extremely helpful in resolving your issue promptly. Contact us using one of these methods:  PREFERRED: Reply to your order confirmation email with pictures attached and describe the issue. This is the easiest method and automatically sends us all your order information.  Use the contact us form and attach photos using the paper clip icon. Don't forget to include your order number and describe the issue. You have 15 days from the delivery date to notify Dyers of any damage that occurred during transit.
