Description / Heng's Polar White Replacement Damper for Exhaust Vents
**Upon installation the entire flap must be lightly bent in order to have room to slip in (it is also highly recommended that you remove the outer hood, do not try and force the damper flap into an assembled unit) and be inserted into the exhaust vent, if the replacement flap is pushed straight in, the tabs will break!!!**
All replacement flaps are checked and properly packaged within the box for shipping. Tabs DO NOT leave here broken.

2nd time replacement, but that is my fault for not locking it in place to travel! I agree, it's a bit pricey, but it is the old supply & demand thing.... they have it and we need it. Still cheaper than a whole new vent. Replacement works as good or better than original. Good quality & fit and easy to install. Most impressed by Dyers quick order filling and shipping!!!

This is my second one (forgot to latch the first replacement and drove through a wind storm); both have fit perfectly and shipping was faster than expected. My only compliant is the flap itself is quite fragile which is not Dyers fault. When history repeats itself; I'll be back.

After searching other places and only being able to find the whole duct assembly, Dyer's had just the damper!
The replacement was easy, no problems, no trimming, the part just fit.
And for $8 instead of the price of an entire assembly at other Camping / RVing stores, this was perfect.
Especially, since this is a part that is easy to lose.

Camper is about 5 years old and I left the range damper open fromTx to Yellowstone.....the damper didn't make it to Yellowstone. Replacement fit the bill and was cheap. Took 15 minutes to install and fit perfectly. Great part, would buy again.

With the different flapper sizes available, non of which fit my unit, I was surprised this one fit great. I was ready to replace the whole unit.
Only problem was that I first tried bending it and installing it without removing the outer hood from the RV, My mistake, as one tab broke off with this rough handling. But for $8 I will just buy another and instal it more carefully this time.

Expensive piece of plastic, but worth it when everyone else says I have to replace the whole unit. Dyers had it, shipped it, and got it to me when and where I needed it. Couldn't ask for much more.
