This is a complete kit. The Heng’s powered roof vent is made to fit 14" x 14" standard roof vents openings, or to replace Ventline vents. Fitting roofs 1-3/4” to 2 ¾”. The interior garnish has a 1 ¼” flange. The thick flange covers all screw holes.
This white Heng’s powered vent uses 12 volts to power the fan. The manual lid is white with a matching white screen to keep bugs and debris out of your RV. The self-centering galvanized steel metal base is deep, with radius corners, giving your roof vent a modern look.

works good if you are on a budget.

I was short on funds so I searched for cheapest air vent and fans. It works fine, installation was easy for someone that knows a little about construction. The fan was much smaller than the one I replaced, but what can I say for the price.
