Makes a good Seal - But...

Recieved the product and the roll had been dropped and was all smashed together on one side making it impossible to unroll. With that said it is the most sticky stuff I have ever used. It sealed the vent cap I was installing making a good weatherproof seal. The product was a light grey color to somewhat match the roof color of the trailer (better than black) We will see down the road how it holds up but don't expect any problems for a few years which is all you can ask for.
