Specifically made for the Mobile Home/RV Industry, this unique caulk is extremely weather resistant (may be applied at -30° to 150°), will not surface harden or crack, can be painted, resists mildew and dries exceptionally fast. 11 oz. tube.

Baware, do not use with EPDM rubber roofs, it can cause substantial damage

I bought 2 tubes of this Dyco C-10 sealant to refresh the weather tight seal around my RV roof perimeter and vents. The RV dealer's website had it under EPDM roofing supplies. I applied it and by the end of the day my rubber roof was bubbling and delaminating from the substrate. What a disaster. After talking to the manufacturer today and finding a very hard to obtain data sheet, it is NOT to be used with EPDM rubber roofing as the xylene in the product (46%) can weaken the rubber and destroy the roof cement. There is No warning on the tube itself and actually makes it sound as if you can use it for my purpose. Live and learn, and now pay for substantial repairs to a previously good roof.
