Though I was buying all the items to replace a single arm, and everything else associated with an arm is individual, these came as a pair. Of the 2 in the box, one is correct, and the other is nothing like my other arms.
So basically I paid double for something I can't use, nor return.
To be clear, this is a manufacturer problem, not Dyers.
