What is the only seal that worked, but expensive

It’s not their fault, because the seals cost this much money, but buying the cheap seals on Amazon did not allow the toilet to seal. Having purchased this seal, it worked perfectly and now the water maintains in the toilet where it did not with the cheap seals off Amazon. You get what you pay for I guess.

I was sur when our toilet had water seeping out at at the seem that it was much more of an issue but replacing this seal which was an easy 2 minute job fixed everything.

Even though this part is over priced for what it is-Dyer had the best price on the product after checking various online sources. I have ordered from Dyer before with great results. The part arrived promptly after I placed the order. The install is somewhat tricky-because you have to fit it on the plastic ring in the toilet just right. But the install can be done from the top with someone else holding the pedal down while you install the part.

This fixed my problem and was easy to install after I figured out how. I was going to order from another company but they wanted $17 for shipping!! This weighs just a few ounces!! Really!! Shopped around and found this one for a little cheaper and ALOT less shipping.

We almost purchased a brand new toilet until we realized we could just purchase this kit. It is a cheap rubber piece, worth about 10 cents, charging over $25. However, it was cheaper than replacing the whole unit. Installation was simple and solved the problem adequately. Definitely worthwhile product, only negative is the price!

Good solution to leaking toilet bowl.

Our toilet was not holding water, so I ordered this seal. Replaced the seal and the bowl does not leak water any more. Good solution, even if the seal is a bit expensive for such a basic part.
