Incorrect images in item description

I was expecting to receive what I viewed on the item's page, but the pictures were apparently incorrect. Rep said I could return it in a sturdy box. Funny, what they sent me came in a small envelope with no box. Was too much trouble so I just kept the part. Not a good experience.
