GOT THE RIGHT PART

Very helpful on the phone. Made sure that the part I wanted was for my model. Solved an intermittent problem that went on for over 2 years, the fridge would fail when on propane and the outside temp dropped below 40 degrees. The failure temp kept rising so I finally gave up replacing minor parts and got the main module. Have had 4 nights with no failures and temps below 35.

Kept losing power to the control board above the fridge. Noticed the module had 12 volts to it but none coming out of it. Been working fine for 3 weeks now.

So far so good!!! I ordered all kinds of parts before replacing the module board, thinking that the other parts was the problem, but it turned out to be the module! As soon as I put it on it was working perfectly again! My problem was that the fridge was freezing all my food! Wish I would have known from the start it was just the module! O'well better than buying a new fridge! Very easy to replace as well!!

I ordered wrong product, Had a hard time finding right one, Dyers tech was very helpfull even contacted Dometic. The problem was that the replacement was a different size & I didn't think it would fit. Dumb me the proper one worked with some modification.. That cost me around $70 however I didn't have to spend a bunch getting the RV to a dealer 60 Mi away and pay their fee.
