Standard replacement part, does the job.

Our Dometic RMD 8555 fridge shelves had been overloaded in the past causing cracks. Ordered new ones form Dyer's and they fit perfectly as replacements should. Wildly overpriced for a simple plastic shelf but Dyer's has the cheapest prices available.

definitely designed for the bottom

The dometic RMD 8555 fridge in our LTV did not have 2 middle shelves when we bought it used and so I ordered this lower shelf. It fits okay in the middle shelf position although it is not clear that the locking pins work. I may have to figure out a work around. Either way, its nice to have another shelf.
