Dyers RV was very good to buy from. Second order from Dyers with no problem. The correct part was in stock and shipped in a timely manner. Price of the Dometic latch and shipping was a little high but at least we were able to replace the broken latch for the fourth time. Wish Dometic would make them of something different maybe aluminum!!!

High shipping cost for small part

I would have purchased 2 but they only had 1 in stock. $10 shipping for (expensive) $20 small plastic part. But at least they had one in stock. Just wish they would not rip you for mailing a very light small plastic part.

Our Dometic CF-110 is installed in one of the basement bays of our motor home. We started loading the freezer prior to an upcoming trip, but one locking latch snapped as we closed it. Figured it wouldn’t be too difficult to find a replacement, but that’s not the case … a number showed up, mainly from overseas locations. Dyers were one of the only US locations with an OEM replacement and their website even showed the quantity they had in stock! I placed the order, it was filled and shipped the same day, saving our travel plans. Great service!
