It’s not easy to find the right parts for a ten year old toilet, but Dyers had the perfect fit part at the best price I could find. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast and packaging was good. Also good email communication during the whole process.

You ask me to rate price, value and quality, then tell me to avoid price and promotion details. Well, I think the price is high for a toilet seat! That said, Dyers price is the lowest I could find. This product is an exact replacement of the original which fits the toilet the way it should. The color matches the bowl exactly. The quality is excellent and I hope the hinges (which is what broke on the original) hold up better than the original. My original was 10 years old. The mounting screws are 2.5 inches long to allow for easy starting of the nuts but the downside of the long screws is the time it takes for tightening. They have a slot for a flat blade screwdriver which is ok but manually turning a screwdriver for a 2.5 inch bolt while holding the nut with your other hand is cumbersome and difficult to use a power screwdriver. I would like to see a phillips head bolt used so that a power screwdriver could be used without the tip sliding off the head.

But you can't enjoy life with out one. None in stock at the local RV dealer here in the Rio Grande Valley. Was not about to drive all over looking for one. Delivered quicker from Dyers than the local dealer could get it. Cheaper also at Dyers.

Bone color Concerto seats hard to find especially ones in stock . wish dometic had plastic versions instead of wood as they are more prone to spots and damage

I found that a replacement for my 2005 Dometic Magnum Opus seat would either not be available or $136+ if we could find one. This seat is a nearly identical design that is a great substitute for much less. The hinge dimensions and mounting are the same and the color matches. The profile around the front follows the china bowl exactly. The only difference is that the back of the seat is a bit wider on each side...less than 1/4 inch, but not noticeable if you don't have the original for reference. Great price and phone advice, and quick service from Dyers.
