The service was friendly and sincere but the price was outrageous for a plastic cap that should have been around 20 bucks instead of 135 .. then it did not fit correctly and I used clear silicone to try to keep it on. It’s was kind of a close fit but just off a bit . It was 30 bucks cheaper than REV Group price however. I have an idea it’s Dometic ripping people off cuz they the only ones make parts for my awning. I do not blame Dyer company for the high price. Good people there imo
