Run capacitor

The run capacitor is a good buy in my book, was told by a electronic guru that they should be changed out every two years or so. My old one checked good (correct MF) but A/C would go out on overload when hot outside, I changed it and let's see what happens

My air conditioner motor start capacitor failed. I live in south Florida, it was July. I ordered the replacement capacitor, which was the exact part number as the original.
