Don't trust web site delivery date

This product was exactly as promised EXCEPT that the web site promised the part within 3-5 days(which we were counting on as we had a trip planned and we needed our ac). After not hearing from Dyers in a few days, we called to find out that the item was "special order" and it would take a month to get it. We then went to a local camping store and ordered another and it took one week for it to come in. Now we have an extra that we really don't need! Be aware!
