I had to order a replacement since the original one was obsolete. It works fine and the only issue i had was that i wanted it shipped from either UPS or FEDEX instead of USPS

Don't trust web site delivery date

This product was exactly as promised EXCEPT that the web site promised the part within 3-5 days(which we were counting on as we had a trip planned and we needed our ac). After not hearing from Dyers in a few days, we called to find out that the item was "special order" and it would take a month to get it. We then went to a local camping store and ordered another and it took one week for it to come in. Now we have an extra that we really don't need! Be aware!
