Description / Dometic 310 ThermoMastic Tube
A compound designed to improve efficency in refrigeration systems by increasing the heat transfer area between coils & refrigerated liner walls. 310 is a soft, pumpable material that forms a surface skin while remaining pliable.
It has excellent resistance to water, water vapor and temperature change.

Greatly improved fridge performance

I own a Dometic RML8555 which has never kept food at proper temperature. Took the colling fins off to discover hardly any thermoplastic had been factory installed. The coil tube was covered in places with foam insulation. Scraped foam insulation off and applied this mastic and temps run now in safe zone. Great product!

Good product but poor packaging

The mastic does the job but it cannot be applied by extruding it from the tube, The mastic is so thick it does not extrude well from the tube.
