Cooling unit for our Dometic fridge

We are very impressed with the price/value, customer service and fast delivery of the Dometic cooling unit we ordered through Dyers.
Our issue in "quality" is that the frame for the cooling unit (the part that adheres it to the fridge box) was poorly welded on - it was about 2" out of square. This meant that our RV tech (at a considerable hourly rate!) had to spend an additional two hours adjust the frame so it would fit properly. I assume this is more of a Dometic issue than Dyers. Still, the lack of attention to quality was disappointing. But Dyers service was excellent! Thank you.
