I was disappointed when the original motor failed on my 6-year-old trailer. The gearing became misaligned and the awning would not retract. Big problem. Replacing the motor took 2 people and about 45 minutes. (Find the instructions online from Carefree.) It is working fine - so far. The price from Dyars was the best I found and delivery was quick.
