This cable kit saved our camping trip! On the morning we were scheduled to leave for our much anticipated camping trip, one of our slide out cables snapped. We had been experiencing issues with the slide out for a few months, and after watching several videos online, I believed the issue was with the cable so I bought one “just in case.” I’m so glad we had this on hand already. After watching the online tutorial on how to replace the cable, my wife and I were able to remove the old and install the new. It took a trip to a hardware store for cable crimpers/cutters, and a few hours of labor, but we did it! Now the slide out works better than before!
