product not as advertized - shipped improperly assembled - product was not as seen in picture on the vendor site!

dyres - conducted them self very well - good and fast shipping - good comsumer service - price is fair.
Item dropped shipped from vendor in calif. - manufactor - part was assembled with the handle backward (not facing upward) - the pull pin is located on the right when the picture from web site show it on the left. the handle: handle should pull down flat to allow lock or fold dwon onto the main structure - as is can cause possible hitting on trailer - I did called vendor (not dryes- bal inc.) and they said just 'ops' - sorry!
They did not offer to correct or ship back at there cost. customer service to correct th eissue - they were very rude and did attemp to assist customer. this type of conduct does not reflect well on the main company dyres that did there jobs A+ - Bal corp get a F.

This jack was an exact replacement for the worn-out one on my Coleman Santa Fe popup. All I needed for installation was to buy a snap ring pliers at Home Depot, and it was indeed a "snap" to install.
