Unlike most competitive models, Wedgewood Vision burners can easily adjust from a low simmer to a full burn.
The one-piece porcelain grate construction gives more than adequate surface area for pots and pans. The larger diameter wire provides strength and the grate is easy to remove for cleaning, yet fits snugly in the cushioned grommets to help eliminate excessive rattling during travel.
The top burner areas are designed with a deep well that helps contain messy spills. The cooktop is fastened securely with special clips to prevent excessive rattling during travel. For easy access to clean below the top, simply lift the top up and out of the way. The top can be quickly snapped back into place

We bought a new 5th wheel. It has a 17 inch Atwood wedge wood with the high efficiency burner. About a month ago we went to ignite this burner and flames came out of the front of the stove where the control knobs are. I found that the bushing where the burner meets the gas supply had completely melted. I called an RV dealer, their supplier said that there was no burners in stock and the quit making then, I then called Altwood direct, girl said that they are still available, but non in stock. Had to wait for them to be made. I then called the RV Dealer where we bought the 5th wheel. The parts guy said that that is a common problem. Why if it is a common problem, is Atwood still making these stoves and why is the RV Manufactureres still installing then in trailers. The 5th whee was only 10 months old. Now we have a stove that is only 2/3 reds there. I would make sure that there is no Atwood products in any future products that I buy or have the dealer, in writing, state that anything goes wrong with any piece of equipment, and parts are not available, the will supply a complete new item. This stove is a fire hazard, and known about when sold.
