Good price, easy install. But this replacement part has a slightly smaller fan then then the original and is nosier then the original. The first one I ordered any lasted about 3 months before it started squealing and I ordered a second to replace the first one.

Just a step above a very worn original motor but much better than replacing the entire assembly with a new overpriced lower quality new unit. Bring back the original motors or I for one will look elsewhere.

Fantastic roof vent fan

Fit was not "perfect", but very, very, very, very close.
There are two mounting holes which one was off by about 1/4 inch for me. But it could be that my original vent has warped ever so slightly over time.
I took a gamble that you could vary the speed on this unit since there was nothing in the specifications indicating that capability. I used a motor speed control from a previous project without incident. After at least 50 hours of use the fan is operating just fine.
Good impeller design. This fan moves the air! There is an acceptable amount of noise on high speed. But I expected that. You cannot tell it's running when operated at lower speeds.
