It arrived and I had it hooked up ready to seek in 20 minutes. Hardest thing was putting on handle
Hooked up cables, listened to motor run and sat dish inside moving, 4 minutes later I had signal and great picture.
It was hooked to HD DVR from Direct. No problems

This product is excellent. I had to find a second cable to connect to my DVR. The 12 volt power cable only has to be connected briefly, so I can connect in my RV or in my car.

Very good product. Did not figure out at first why it did not work using my camper external connection. Must read all the directions prior to hooking it up. You cannot use the camper connection if its set up for only for cable (detailed instructions on the subject in the manual). Security (theft) of the unit while outside is a concern, but no issues so far.

I've used it at 3 different locations. All with no issues. The biggest surprise was on my yacht. I put it on the front seat in the bridge area inside the clear glass. We've had a week of high winds and rain , the boat rocked and rolled without loss of signal. I definitely would recommend this product.
