poor quality control, missing safety valve

Bought one of these: the 1"-20 side fitting was missing the Schrader type tire valve and Teflon washer. The tapped hole for it was there-no valve. In plain English, if you turned on the tank valve the propane would blast out the 1/4" hole with nothing to stop it. Customer service was worse than useless-they charged me about $10 for the valve but didn't send the washer, then they charged me for the little wrench needed to reach deep enough to install the valve. Their foot dragging took weeks and several phone calls. This is no way to run a business.
What they should have done: apologized, sent a new fitting and paid shipping to get the old one back to see what they did wrong.

Much better then the Camco Junk. I put this on my rv in 10 minutes. I don't have to worry about propane anymore.
